seca gmbh are suitably proud of their newly re-designed website that has been online since August 2007.
With a clean white background and clear images, the site has been specifically designed to provide both seca’s customers and business partners with the best modern technology can bring to support their needs.
The home page invites the customer to choose their home county after which the pages are, wherever possible, in their native language. Designed for B2B use the products are displayed under three different lines; medical, specialist and private. Within these, the customer will find all the information already available in their print catalogues and much more. From product specifications and downloadable user manuals, there are also clear photographs of the major features of each product and for at least 10 products there are short videos showing the product in use. Other highly satisfactory features are that the site is fully searchable and, under sections such as technical support, it is easy to find a local telephone number for immediate assistance. Additionally, there are email forms to contact local sales and customer support services.
The password protected dealer pages that are still under expansion, are available to seca’s partners and dealers. Here amongst the information already available a dealer will be able to find all the technical and marketing materials necessary to successfully implement seca’s sales in their territory.
